The Library would like to facilitate all requests for information. Information and records are available to the public by completing the Information Request form and sending it via mail or email to the Executive Director or Head of Adult Services:

For emailed requests, please state, “FOIA Request” in the subject line. The Library will respond within five (5) working days. An extension of an additional five (5) working days may be necessary to properly respond.
For printed copies, the Library will charge actual costs for reproducing and certifying (if requested) the records: $1.00 will be charged for each certification of records; no charge for the first fifty (50) pages of black and white text (letter or legal size); $0.10 per page for copied records in excess of 50 pages; actual copying cost of color copies and other sized copies will be charged per the Library’s Schedule of Fees, Fines, and Loan Periods.
Requested records will be available for inspection, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays in the Director’s Office of the Glencoe Public Library, 320 Park Avenue, Glencoe, Illinois 60022.
Illinois Public Act 97-0609 is an amendment to the Open Meetings Act that requires employers participating in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund to post the total compensation package for each employee having a total compensation package that is expected to exceed $75,000.00 per year. Total compensation package means payment by the employer to the employee for salary, health insurance, housing allowance, vehicle allowance, clothing allowance, bonuses, vacation days granted, and sick days granted.
